Our Story

Privately owned and operated. Committed to offering only the finest floral designs for your home and special occasions.

My name is Renée D. Marseille, owner and lead designer of RFBD. I bring a love of flowers and attention to detail to the forefront to create unsurpassed arrangements. I discovered my passion for flowers at a very early age, from my first summer job at a flower shop, and ever since I have been captivated by the beauty and mystery in each flower – I am delighted by the pleasure and warmth that flowers have brought to people and places. Over the years, I have been consistently designing arrangements for my home, friends, and family events. Through experience and education, I have discovered my own unique style. I approach each creation with creativity, innovation, and a critical eye resulting in a classic yet ethereal elegance floral design second to none.

Each one of my arrangements is one of a kind, because I am always looking for a better way to create a unique look. I am inspired by shades of white and pastel colors - the purpose is to create an elegant and luxurious arrangement that will look beautiful in any settings and that you will enjoy for a lifetime. I often choose pedestal compotes as I believe its elevation stands out and gives the arrangement artistry and sophistication.

Why flowers?

Starting at a very young age, home décor and family event planning / gardening have played a big role in my life. To me, it is the floral arrangement that brings life to the table. It creates a certain discernment of grace and style as well as a softer atmosphere. A floral arrangement brings the same to the foyer, the kitchen, and a guest room. I take pride in planning and choosing my colors and in picking my flowers accordingly for both faux and fresh. I have a soft spot for faux because of their flexibility and the benefit of enjoying their beauty over a lifetime.

I do fresh seasonal floral arrangements on demand for special holidays such as Thanksgiving, Christmas and small local events. During summer time, I also enjoy composing my flower pots for outdoor décor. I design them with the same love and attention to details that I give to my indoor arrangements. I call my talent the 3G’s: God’s Given Gift. I am blessed and thankful that I can brighten someone’s day with my talent and do something I love.
